Moving to St. Kitts and Nevis

The 1 routes into St. Kitts and Nevis we have on record, and what each one actually requires. This is published information, not an assessment of your case.

St. Kitts and Nevis — Citizenship by Investment - Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC)

Citizenship by investment
What it actually requires

Sustainable Island State Contribution (SISC), as the Citizenship Unit's own page states it: a minimum of US$250,000 for the main applicant or a family of up to four members; each additional dependant under 18 adds US$25,000 and each additional dependant aged 18 or over adds US$50,000. Due diligence fees: US$10,000 for the main applicant and US$7,500 for each dependant aged 16 or over. The main applicant must attend an interview, virtually or in person; dependants aged 16 or over may also be required to. From 14 April 2026 every citizen by investment, dependants and children included, must enrol in the National Biometric Enrolment and Passport Modernisation Programme; the deadline is 31 July 2027. The Unit's home page lists three other investment options (Developers Real Estate Investment, Private Real Estate Investment and the Public Benefit Option); their thresholds are not given here because their pages have not been re-read.

St. Kitts and Nevis also has a citizenship-by-descent route, which is a different kind of claim: it can mean you already hold the right rather than qualifying for one.
