Moving to Indonesia

The 4 routes into Indonesia we have on record, and what each one actually requires. This is published information, not an assessment of your case.

Indonesia — Golden Visa (2023; individual and corporate investor tracks)

Investment
What it actually requires

Individual investor NOT establishing a company: US$350,000 for a 5-year stay permit or US$700,000 for 10 years, placed in Indonesian government bonds, public-company shares or savings/deposits in Indonesia. Individual investor establishing a company in Indonesia: US$2,500,000 (5 years) or US$5,000,000 (10 years). Directors and commissioners of a corporate investor establishing a company: US$25,000,000 (5 years) or US$50,000,000 (10 years). The Directorate General of Immigration names Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation No. 22 of 2023 and Minister of Finance Regulation No. 82 of 2023 as the basis. The announcement cited states no application channel and no route to permanent stay (KITAP) or citizenship; none is claimed here.
