One of three grounds, each with the right to work in Georgia: a registered immigrant worker employed in IT, or an entrepreneurial natural person with small-business status carrying on IT activities in Georgia (both must show at least 2 years' IT experience and IT remuneration of at least the lari equivalent of USD 25,000 over the last year, received at least twice and at least 30 days apart), or a person authorised to administer and represent an IT company with the status of an international company. Family members of a holder can also apply.
